"I live in Qatar so online support appealed to me"

"I was looking for some support with losing weight and found Christy by an internet search. I live in Qatar and so the idea of some online support appealed to me. At the time I was training for the Paris marathon - but don't be fooled into thinking in a super fit athlete. I'm an ordinary runner who is carrying way too much weight than is good for me and I want to slim down.
Christy's plan is great. She's super helpful and supportive. The plan she created for me focuses on what I like to eat and how to make it healthier and better for me. Even my kids like most of it - especially the turkey meatballs! Not being local isn't a problem. We do my sessions on the phone and whenever I need some guidance I can WhatsApp or contact Christy (and the other members of the gang) on Facebook.
Christy doesn't focus on what you can't do but rather what you can do - which is great"

"Realistic approach to weight loss"

"Christy is friendly, professional and has a realistic approach to weight loss. She and immediately put me at ease during our initial consultation, in which she covered my goals, and then she gave me a weeks meal plan. The recipes were great, and she'd listened to what I said about the food I like, and how I like to eat. So this set me off on the right track.
The best thing about Christy's plan is that it allows you to live and she's not unrealistic about having the odd treat if you want, or the fact that you might have a "bad" day. She's great at motivating you to get back on track. I found her to be a great support, quickly answering questions that I had. The Facebook group is good too, for that extra support.

"Thrilled with the nutrition plan"

"My experience is quite different to most who have done 12 week platinum plan. l am a 71 year old lady not your usual permed grey hair nanny l am aiming for a more Helen Mirren look. I am not on Facebook but Christy including me in the loop l am based outside London but found Christy online she had amazing ways to get over constant craving for sweet foods. Loved the food and lovely fruits and salads in jars l did most recipes on my plan picking a few favourites l could freeze when l didn't feel like cooking from scratch. Planning ahead is the key for me. l was a very slow starter but a great finisher losing 1stone 2 -1/2lbs feel great. I am thrilled with the nutrition plan and Christy understanding calm approach loved our session so enthusiastic and bubbly thank you and every success to Lose It and Love It (your the best) Sheila x"

"In the past I always struggled to remain at my racing weight"

"As a competitive cyclist of 12 years, I wanted to make 2017 my most successful racing season to date. I had signed up to a training plan with Dig deep Coaching and I knew I needed to address my nutrition for energy levels, recovery and weight maintenance. In the past I always struggled to remain at my racing weight due to the nature of the short distance time trials I compete in. I signed up to the Sports Nutrition package. Christy created a meal plan and gave me initial advice, her support throughout the 8 week plan was brilliant and it kept me focused. Her advice on pre and post race nutrition made a huge difference to my energy levels and recovery time between races.
