False and a lair does not keep properties well maintained and ignores calls and texts and emails most of the time. Avoid Mcgoogans and Red Stag. This man is obtuse, arrogant, ignorant,a total idiot. Frank Spencer comes to mind. But a shorter chubby one. This man is not interested in peoples health and safety. Just the money. Shame on you DAVID GRAINGE
Rogue landord
Started tenancy at 3 Eglinton Drive, Logan, East Ayrshire. KA18 3HL. From David Grainge. But he is not only strange, he lies and gives false promises. No gas certificate when I moved in andvniw provided a backdated false one. No electricity certificate. Dodgy plumbing and dodgy wiring. No smoke alarms and a faulty carbon monoxide detector in the wrong place. Faulty really old upvc windows. Leaks from shower. No lift hatch cover. Rats/Mice in loft. Making house smell.. Blocked gutters and Rusty old down pipes. Rendering poor and cracking all round outside of house. Some old sockets. Out if dated delapadated kitchen. Loose stair hand rail over grown rear garden with trees touching phone lines. Bouncy floors and uneven all upstairs floors. Had to report to council. Avoid dealing with thus man and mcgoogans and red stag. Will rip tenant and owners off AVOID AVOID AT ALL costs
